Purchase conditions on full days and tourist programs

The hiring of the service is agreed, after payment has been made and the reservation receipt is issued.

At the time of payment, the terms and conditions indicated in the detail of the service are accepted, as well as the veracity of the personal information of the passengers.

For the duration of the program, it is considered as the first day, the day of departure from the origin and as the last day, the day of return from the destination. This applies regardless of flight departure or arrival times. Enjoy Chile Tours is not responsible for alterations in the itineraries of the airlines or transport times made by other companies.

Full day

Full Day capacity is subject to availability, therefore for its acquisition it is necessary to wait for the verification by the Sales Executives of Enjoy Chile Tours.

When you check for availability, this has a limited time, only the payment of the minimum amount requested for the reservation and the confirmation of the sales executive will guarantee the quotas for the passengers.

After making the payment, the customer must provide the passenger information, identification number, name of the tour and date to formalize the reservation.

Once the necessary information has been sent to reserve the quotas, the passenger will receive confirmation and Proof of Reservation by telephone (WhatsApp) or email, and will also be informed of the schedules, meeting place and recommendations for the tour. The client must read this information in detail, Enjoy Chile Tours is not responsible for the consequences that the omission of the details specified here may entail.

Enjoy Chile Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event offered by weather conditions, road conditions or any reason that jeopardizes the safety of passengers or company staff.

Some of the full days offered require some physical effort, so the client must consider it when taking the tour. Enjoy Chile Tours is not responsible for physical complications, injuries or any consequence for the omission of these recommendations.

The care and supervision of minors within the tour is strictly the responsibility of their parents or representatives.

Changes or returns may be made up to 48 hours before the event, as long as there is availability of quotas for change and prior confirmation of the sales executive

No refund will be made in case of non-presentation of the passenger on the day of the tour.

Tourist programs

The Tourist Program quotas are subject to availability, therefore for its acquisition it is necessary to wait for the verification by the sales executives of Enjoy Chile Tours.

Documentation

Luggage

Enjoy Chile Tours is not responsible for the deterioration, theft, and / or loss of luggage and other personal effects of passengers, whether for services contracted through the intermediation of the company or taken individually by the passenger.

Taxes

In some cases, due to strategic alliances of the airlines, they can fly routes in collaboration with other airlines, which could mean not boarding the airline with which the initial ticket was issued. Travel assistance insurance

the Insurance Company will pay the insured or its beneficiaries, as appropriate, in case of death or injuries caused as a result of an accident, or in case of surgery or hospitalization due to an accident, the compensation, reimbursement or income indicated in the Particular Conditions of the policy, according to the description of the coverage established in these General Conditions. The coverage of the policy contracted must be expressly recorded in the Particular Conditions of the policy. It is expressly established that the accident that gives rise to any of the coverage of this policy, must necessarily have occurred during the term of this policy and the individual validity of the insured during the program or full day acquired. Therefore, injuries caused as a result of an accident, as well as surgery or hospitalization due to the accident, will not be covered when said accident occurred prior to the beginning of the policy's validity and the individual validity of the insured. The same situation will occur if the accident that gives rise to the claimed coverage occurs during a period of time or territory after the date of travel.

Changes and returns

The included services do not allow changes or returns from suppliers. Requests and payment

The price and / or reservation of the services that make up the tour are subject to modifications without prior notice when there is an alteration in the services, changes in the costs or in the expected exchange rates, for reasons not attributable to the parties.

The amounts paid in advance, before the final confirmation of the services, are received as a reservation. The final confirmation of the respective services and prices will occur with the issuance of tickets and / or service orders and corresponding billing.

The final price established is subject to readjustments only in case of possible official increases in the transport rate or other unforeseen events that affect the means to be used.

The services that are expressly specified in each itinerary. In cases where transportation is included, it is provided according to the itinerary and the chosen medium.

The published prices do not apply for holidays, long weekends, Easter, national holidays or travel dates considered high season. Ask for other valid dates

Services or items not included:

Extras, drinks, laundry, tips.

Stays, meals and / or additional expenses or damages caused by cancellations, delays in the departures or arrivals of the means of transport, or for unforeseen reasons outside the company.

Food in route, except those that were expressly included in the programs.

Expenses and interests in credit operations.

Alterations or modifications

The company reserves the right, for technical or operational reasons, to totally or partially alter the daily order and / or services that make up the tour, before or during the execution.

Unless expressly stated in the contract and on demand of the service provider, the stipulated hotels may be exchanged for another of the same or greater category within the same urban center without any charge to the passenger. Regarding these variations, the passenger will not be entitled to any compensation as it responds to an external circumstance and the sole responsibility of the hotel provider.

Once the trip has begun, the suspension, modification or interruption of the services by the passenger for personal reasons of any kind, will not give rise to any claim or refund.

If the passenger decides to hire extra services during the stay, not included in the program or tour contracted, the company is excluded from any type of refund or contribution.
